Are you a driven and creative chef looking to take the next step in your career? We are now seeking a Sous Chef who wants to help develop our menu, our kitchen team, and contribute to a first-class dining experience for our guests.

About the role

As a Sous Chef, you are the right hand of the head chef and a key person in the daily operations of the kitchen. You are responsible for leading and motivating the team, ensuring high quality at all levels, and contributing to a safe and inspiring work environment. The role also involves stepping in and taking overall responsibility when the head chef is not present.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily kitchen operations
• Planning and developing menus together with the head chef
• Responsible for orders, ingredient management, and waste control
• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen staff
• Ensure that hygiene and quality procedures are followed according to current standards

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role
• Is a natural leader who can motivate and engage others
• Is passionate about cooking, innovation, and sustainable ingredients
• Is resilient, organized, and solution-oriented
• Has good knowledge of hygiene practices and kitchen economics
